How to Fix iOS 5 3002 Error When Upgrading?
As people expected, iOS 5 is released, finally. But many people may have meet the iOS 5 3002 error when upgrading. In this article, we can help you solve this problem.
How to Fix iOS 5 3002 Error when Upgrading:
Step 1: Backup data in your iOS devices.
Backup messages, contacts, apps and so on with iTunes. Connect your iOS device to computer and open iTunes, choose your device, check info tab, and select the address contact, iCal calendar, email account, etc. Check apps tab - Sync apps, which will help you save your app settings and games. Check Music, Movies, and TV Shows, sync these data to your computer in case of being lost after upgrading iOS 5.
If there are a lot of photos in your iOS device, don't forget to backup your photos to your computer.
After settings of backup, go to Summary, click the Sync button in bottom right corner, done.
Step 2: Download iOS 5. It is too slow to download via iTunes. We recommend downloading via downloader. Following are different downloading links for different versions:

Step 3: In iTunes, hold down the shift key and click restore. Please make sure you have backed up your data before clicking.
Step 4: After upgrading to iOS 5, your device will prompt "Check for Updata or "Restore". Choose "Restore", and your system will restore data in Step 1.
Done! Now the boring iOS 5 3002 error won't appear again!
